Find Users Page

The Find Users page allows authorized users to display users matching the search criteria.

When a find is performed, users matching the Find criteria are displayed under Matching Users. The Find criteria and the users displayed under Matching Users are dependent on the user's role and for corporate and independent users, by their corporation or location.

What You Can Do If You Are an Independent Super User

1. Enter data in at least one of the following fields:

Username—enter all or part of a user name as entered in the Add/Edit Users page to include only those users whose name includes the entry.

Full Name—enter all or part of the user’s full name as entered in the Add/Edit Users page to include only those users whose name includes the entry.

2. Optionally select all or any of the additional search criteria:

Role—Select a security role to include only those users with the selected role.

Status—Select a user status to include only those users with the selected status.

3. Click the Find button to display matching users.

Click the Find button.

1. Perform a search to display the user under Matching Users.

2. Click the Edit User button under the Actions column to display the user in edit mode in the Edit User page.

1. Perform a search to display the user under Matching Users.

2. Click the Reset Password icon.

The user's password is reset to the standard login password. Inform the user that he or she will be required to change the password on the next login.

What You Can Do If You Are a Corporate Super User

1. Enter data in at least one of the following fields:

Username—enter all or part of a user name as entered in the Add/Edit Users page to include only those users whose name includes the entry.

Full Name—enter all or part of the user’s full name as entered in the Add/Edit Users page to include only those users whose name includes the entry.

2. Optionally select all or any of the additional search criteria:

With role—Select a security role to include only those users with the selected role.

At location—Select a location within the corporate account to include only those users assigned to the location.

Status—Select a user status to include only those users with the selected status.

3. Click the Find button to display matching users.

What You Can Do If You Are a Lottery User

1. Enter data in at least one of the following fields:

Username—enter all or part of a user name as entered in the Add/Edit Users page.

Full Name—enter all or part of the user’s full name as entered in the Add/Edit Users page.

With type—Select the type if known.

With role—one of the security roles.

At corporation—Select a corporation to limit the search to a corporation, and then select a corporate account from . If you select a location

At location—Select a location to limit the search to a specific location. If you select a location

With status—Select the users’ Status.

3. Click the Find button to display matching users.

What You Can Do If You Are a Lottery IT Security User

1. Perform a search to display the user under Matching Users.

2. Click the Edit User button under the Actions column to display the user in edit mode in the Edit User page.
