About the Retailer Portal

Idaho Retailer Portal is a system that provides information to Idaho Lottery retailers and corporate accounts about their sales, games, scratch ticket inventory, and other information pertinent to their accounts. The portal also allows users to run a variety of reports in on-demand and scheduled modes.

The Retailer Portal is a web-based system and must be accessed through an internet connection using a web browser. Recommended browsers are Microsoft® Internet Explorer 11, Mozilla Firefox® and Google® Chrome. The portal is designed to support a variety of computer types, screen sizes, and resolutions.

A large percentage of the portal’s data comes from Intralot, which is received on a semi-real-time basis. The data is stored in the portal's database, which is physically separate from the Intralot database.

User Community

The Retailer Portal was designed for three primary types of user accounts.

Corporate Accounts

Corporate account users have access to information for some or all retail locations in their corporate account, based on their user roles. User roles are:

  • Super Users—have access to information for all their corporate account locations and manage user accounts for their corporate account.

  • Manager users—have access to information for individual locations as assigned by the Super Users.

Independent Retailers

Users for independent retail locations only have access to information for the location's specific retailer. User roles are:

  • Super Users—have access to information for their independent retailer locations and manage user accounts for their location.

  • Clerks—have access to information for their individual location.

Lottery

Idaho Lottery users have access to information at the retailer location and corporate level, depending on the security role assigned to the user ID.

  • IT Security users—have access to all portal functionality and manage Independent, Corporate, and Lottery user accounts.

  • IT Developer users—have access to information for all corporate accounts and independent retailers and manage system-related administrative functions.

  • Retail Ops Super Users—have access to information for all corporate accounts and independent retailers and maintain news items and game UPC codes that are displayed on the Home page.

  • Lottery Staff users—have access to information for all corporate accounts and independent retailers.
