The Completed Scheduled Reports Page displays the user's scheduled reports that the system ran over the time period defined by the Start Date and End Date. The Start Date and End Date default displays the last 13 full accounting weeks.
Each run is displayed as a row in the grid. Each row contains the following information.
Date—Run date.
Name—name of the report assigned by the user.
Report—Name of the PA Lottery report. The report name is a link that allows you to open or save the report.
Location / Corporation—Name of the location or corporation for which the report is run.
Frequency—Time period that defines the schedule for running the report.
Format—File format the report is saved in.
E-mail?—Yes and E-mail address or No.
