Retailer Location Users

The Sales menu is always available when you log in. Sales pages display information for the location associated with your user ID.

Corporate Account Users

The Sales menu is always available when you log in.

• If you do not select a location on the Menu bar, Sales pages display rolled up information for all corporate locations, as authorized by the user ID. To display totals for a single location, select the location on the Menu bar.

• If you select a location in the Menu bar, Sales pages display information for the selected location. To display corporate account totals, select Corporate Totals on any Sales page.

ID Lottery Users

The Sales menu is only available after you select a corporate account or retail location on the Menu bar.

• If you select a corporate account but do not select a location, Sales pages display information for the entire corporation.

• If you select a corporate account and a location in the Menu bar, Sales pages display information for the selected location. To display associated corporate account totals, select Corporate Totals on any Sales page.

• If you select a location in the Menu bar that is not associated with a corporate account, Sales pages display information for the selected location.

To display information for a different corporate account or retail location:

1. Select the Clear Selection button on the Menu bar to clear the corporate account and location selections and return to the Home page.

2. Select the corporate account in the Menu bar and optionally select a location within the corporate account.
