The Find News page allows authorized users to search for news items that have been set up for display on the Home page under News Items.
Find News Items
1. Enter data in at least one of the following fields.
Headline Contains—enter text that appears in the headline.
Body Contains—enter text that appears in the headline.
Posted before—enter a date that the news item was posted on or before.
Posted after—enter a date that the news item was posted after.
With restriction—select a restriction if applicable.
2. Click the Find button to display matching results under Matching News Items.
Access the Add/Edit News Page to Add a News Item
Click the Add News Item button to display the Add/Edit News page to begin entry of a new news item. See Add/Edit a News Item.
Access the Add/Edit News Page to Edit a News Item
1. Find the News Item you want to work with.
2. Click the Edit news item button in the Actions column to display the news item in edit mode in the Add/Edit a News Item page.
Delete a News Item
2. Click the Delete Scheduled Report button and click Yes when the confirmation message is displayed.
